We are definitely making these Easy Cheesy Mini Pizzas for our next party!
Ingredients
- Pizza Dough (homemade or store bought)
- Shredded cheese
- Pizza sauce
- Cured ham, shredded
- 4 eggs
- Cherry tomatoes
- Fresh basil
Method
- Roll out the dough
- Use a small bowl to cut the dough into rounds
- Add shredded cheese
- Place in oven on an oven tray afr 10 min at 355°F
- Put each dough round into a ramekin
- Add 1 tbsp pizza sauce, a handful of shredded cured ham
- Break an egg into each pizza
- Top with sliced cherry tomatoes and a basil leaf
- Place in oven for another 15 mins at 355°F
- Garnish with parsley and a pinch of pepper
- Serve and enjoy!

Cut tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and gouda, diced ham, grate the carrots
- 1/2 cucumber
- 3 carrots
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 tomato
- gouda

Seared ahi on a bed of pineapple couscous
- 12 oz Ahi
- 1 box Seasoned Couscous
- ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Green Pepper
- 2 cups Diced Pineapple
- 4 T Sesame Seeds
- 2 T Soy Sauce

Pour water into a saucepan, and bring to a boil
- 2 cups couscous
- 2 cups water
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 red pepper (chopped)
- 1 yellow pepper (chopped)
- 1 1/2 lbs cooked shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 2 medium tomatoes (chopped)
- Chopped fresh parsley
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

- cook couscous - cut all fresh ingredients - once couscous is to room temperature, mix all ingredients together
