INGREDIENTS:
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 3 cups / 750 g. of cherries
- 1/3 cup / 60 g. of sugar
- 2/3 cup / 60 g. of almond flour
- 4 tbsp. of brown sugar
- Pistachios
- A dash of milk
METHOD:
- Mix the cherries and sugar together. Let stand 20 minutes.
- Spread or roll out the shortcrust pastry, sprinkle with almond powder and brown sugar.
- Place the cherries in the center of the dough, leaving about 2 inches of free dough on the edges. Fold in the edges.
- Brush with milk (this will make the crust go golden), sprinkle with brown sugar and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F/180°C.
- Top with a handful of chopped pistachios, and serve!

Drain the crab then add to a large mixing bowl
- 12 oz crab meat (you can use wild crab from a tin and just add water)

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 lg can crushed tomatoes
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
- 3 jalapenos, seeded
- 1 garlic clove, minced

- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 4 green onions, sliced

- 5 qts peeled diced tomatoes
- 5 Tbsp cornstarch mix with cold tomatoes
- 2 large bell peppers diced 1 3/4 c
- 3-5 garlic cloves or 1/8 tsp dried garlic
- 1/4 c apple cider vinegar
- 3 T salt
- 1 T chili powder
- 1T crushed red pepper
- 5 jalapeno peppers
- 1 t black pepper
- 1 t cumin
- 1 T cilantro
- 3 cups V8 spicy hot

- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 c vinegar
- pinch of chili powder

- Very Simple Recipe, this is it, you may want to add/remove some ingredients if you don't like them, Hope you enjoy!
- 1 Large Onion-Chopped
- 3 Jalopeno Hot Peppers - Processor
- ½ Bunch Of Celantro-Processor
- 5 Cloves Garlic-Processor (I use less garlic- my breath thanks me for it)
- 2 Tablespoons Sugar
- Fresh Parsely-Processor
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 Cans Diced Tomatoes (Soup Size)
- 1 Can Stewed Tomatoes (Soup Size)
- Blend together and refrigerate (or you can eat right away- it gets better as it gets colder too).
