Tapenade is a quick and easy preparation, perfect for cocktail hour. To make, add 2 cups pitted olives (green or black) to the bowl of your blender with 5 oil-packed anchovies, 2 tablespoons capers, the juice of 1/2 lemon and a generous drizzle of olive oil. Blend until the mixture reaches an even consistency. Serve with toasted bread slices or crackers.
