  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 F then mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside .

Step 2

mix the milk, eggs and vanilla in a small bowl and combined with the dry and mix. line a cupcake pan with paper liners and pour batter in the pan 3/4 of the way full and bake.

Step 3

In the meantime make the whipped cream, pour the cream into a bowl and whip with an electric mixer add the powdered sugar and blend till stiff peaks form.

Step 4

Allow the cakes to cool then frost them and garnish with fresh berry's and serve!
