Ingredients
- 4 everything bagels, sliced in half and toasted
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 16-20 small pieces of lox
- 4 tsp capers
- 4 tsp finely diced red onion
- 2 tsp fresh dill
Preparation
Step 1
Evenly spread the cream cheese across each bottom bagel half.
Step 2
Top with about 4-5 slices of lox per bagel.
Step 3
Top each bagel with 1 tsp capers, 1 tsp red onion and 1/2 tsp fresh dill.
Step 4
Serve immediately.
