Ingredients
- fresh dumplings
- 1 lobster bisque (8 oz)
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- grated gruyere cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup flour
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F
Arrange the dumplings in a baking dish. Make a roux with the lobster bisque, tomato paste and cream.
Step 2
Cover the dumplings with sauce and sprinkle over the grated cheese.
