Ingredients
- 1 filet of trout
- olive oil
- lemon
- salt and pepper
- 2 potatoes
- milk
- smoked trout eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate a beautiful trout fillet in olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper for an hour.
Cook 2 potatoes, diced in whole milk for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Place the fillet skin side down and steam for 10 minutes. Remove skin.
When everything is cooked crush with a fork.
Step 3
Pour into the verrines and garnish with smoked trout roe.
