Ingredients
- 3 rounded tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 knob of butter
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan, make a caramel sauce with the sugar, water and butter. When the desired color is reached, remove from heat, add milk (+ / - depending on the thickness of the caramel sauce desired) and cream. Stir well and let cool.
