Coriander and coconut

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces fresh coconut or 2 cups grated
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 onion
  • Spices
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon
  • 1 tbsp lime

Preparation

Step 1

If using fresh coconut grate.

Step 2

Mix all ingredients.

Step 3

Put them in a jar.

Step 4

Add a little water and keep cool at least 5 days before serving.
