Ingredients
- 5 ounces fresh coconut or 2 cups grated
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 onion
- Spices
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon
- 1 tbsp lime
Preparation
Step 1
If using fresh coconut grate.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients.
Step 3
Put them in a jar.
Step 4
Add a little water and keep cool at least 5 days before serving.
