Ingredients
- 2 large grapefruits
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons rum
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the grapefruit in two and remove the seeds. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl, and spread them on top of grapefruit. Place them under a hot grill for 5 min: the top should be golden and bubbly.
