Step 1

- Preheat oven to 400 ° F
- Prepare the crust: Combine flour, ground almonds, parmesan, pistachios, a pinch of salt, butter and a tbsp of water. Work the dough by making the butter into a sandy texture (the butter should be covered with dry matter). Rub the dough on your hands so as to obtain small lumps.
