Ingredients
- - a handful of sauerkraut
- - salt, pepper,
- - a pinch of 4 spices,
- - a sprig of thyme,
- - a few slices of lemon
- - a spoonful of cream
- - parchment paper,
- - 1 fish fillet, salmon or other
Preparation
Step 1
Cut a sheet of parchment paper (not aluminum). Drop a handful of sauerkraut. Season with salt and spices.
Step 2
Place slices of lemon, a spoonful of light cream and over the slice of salmon fillet. Close the parchment so no steam escapes.
Step 3
Cook in microwave 15 minutes. Sauerkraut will remain crunchy with all the good flavors preserved.
