Pear and Apple-Cinnamon Crumble

- 3/4 cup flour
- 2/3 stick butter, softened
- 2/3 cup ground almonds
- 2 apples
- 3 pears
- 1 pinch of cinnamon

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 ° F
Prepare the crumble: mix the butter and sugars with a fork. Add the flour and almond powder. Mix by hand until a sandy texture. Reserve.
Step 2
Peel and seed the apples and pears. Cut into small pieces. Mix with cinnamon.
Step 3
In glass ramekins, place the diced fruit then spread the crumble over. Lightly press down on crumble topping. The ramekin must be filled to the top.
