Ingredients
- A 5 oz can of tuna
- 4 oz cream cheese (half a brick)
- 1 small shallot
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- lemon juice
- fresh parsley
- pink peppercorns
- a small green apple
Preparation
Step 1
Start by preparing the tuna rillettes. Mix tuna with cream cheese, the minced shallot, mustard and parsley (a good teaspoon chopped).
Step 2
Add lemon juice to taste. Salt and pepper. Place in the bottom of glasses.
Step 3
Cut green apple into small sticks and place them on the rillettes.
Step 4
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and pink peppercorns.
