Fruit and Cinnamon Smoothies

Ingredients

  • - 1 Golden Delicious apple
  • - 1 orange
  • - 2 apricots
  • - 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • - orange juice (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Wash fruit, peel the orange

Step 2

Cut all fruit into small pieces.

Step 3

Put fruit in blender and blend until the mixture becomes creamy. If the mixture is pasty, add a little orange juice.

Step 4

Pour into glasses.

Step 5

Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon to taste.
