Ingredients
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 5 sprigs of mint
- 1/2 cup bulgur
- 3 tomatoes
- 4 spring onions
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 lemons
Preparation
Step 1
Rehydrate bulgur in a bowl of hot water, the juice of 1 lemon and salt for 10 min.
Step 2
Finely chop the parsley with a knife, washed and dried mint and onions.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Combine bulgur, herbs and tomatoes. Add salt, pepper, the juice of your remaining lemon and olive oil. Place in the fridge.
