Ingredients
- quail stuffed with foie gras (ready to cook)
- onions
- bacon
- mushrooms
- white wine
- duck fat
- chicken bouillon (2 cubes)
- vegetables - I used peas but you can use whatever you have on hand
Preparation
Step 1
Fry the quail in a mixture of duck fat and oil, with onions and sprinkle with white wine and a glass of water mixed with dissolved bouillon cubes, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, add selected vegetables and serve ... a treat!!
