Ingredients
- 4 1/4 cups of Moselle wine
- 14 oz blackcurrant (with their pedicle)
- Some currant leaves
- 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredients into a suitable container and leave them there for 48 hours, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
After the 48 hours, pour into a saucepan and bring to boil. Turn off the heat at the first sign of boil.
Step 3
Let cool before pressing using a cheesecloth.
Add a glass of white alcohol.
Step 4
Bottling. After bottling the bottles should be kept in a cool cellar. The Blackcurrant liqueur will keep for 3 years at least.
