Ingredients
- 2 large chicken thighs,
- garlic
- lemongrass stalks,
- Fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp thyme,
- 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar,
- salt
- Pepper.
Preparation
Step 1
Prick the chicken with garlic and ginger. Place chicken on a bed of lemon grass and ginger in a dish to steam. Sprinkle with thyme. Salt and pepper well.
Step 2
Cook with steam for 40 minutes
