Preparation
Step 1
First cook the onion with a little water (and meat).
Step 2
Add 2 liters of water or chicken broth. Simmer 5 minutes then add all the vegetables already prepared and desalted olives in boiling water before.
Step 3
We will add the noodles after cooking.
Step 4
Serve hot with a few chives to garnish. Bon appetit!
