Ingredients
- 1 large very ripe melon
- scant 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 1/4 cups water
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the melon into small pieces, mix it with lemon juice in a saucepan boil water and sugar to a syrup. Mix the cooled syrup with melon puree.
Step 2
Let cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Step 3
Mix in an ice cream maker for 30 minutes.
