  • 1 cup of your favorite frozen fruits.
  • 1 heaping scoop of greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup orange juice

Step 1

Place fruit into blender and add orange juice. Blend until desired consistency and increase or reduce the amount orange juice as needed. While blending add the yogurt and chia seeds. Pour into two tall glasses and enjoy!

For extra cleansing effects add freshly ground flax seed.
