  • 2/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
  • 3 garlic cloves, halved
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. basil, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. each dried thyme, oregano, marjoram & pepper
