- 4 c self rising cornmeal
- 4 c boiling water
- 1 TBS Bourbon Smoked Salt
- 1/3 c Pure Cane Sorghum
- Peanut Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together cornmeal, water, salt, and sorghum. Heat oil on high. Drop three dollops of the cornbread into the oil. Fry them until they are golden (about 2-3 minutes). Serve with Pure Cane Sorghum.
