- 4 plantains
- Vegetable oil
- Bourbon Smoked Salt
- Bourbon Smoked Sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil to medium-medium high. Peel and cut each plantain. In 1/4-1/2 cup batches, fry the plantain pieces for 3 or so minutes until the pieces are golden brown. Sprinkle with Bourbon Smoked Salt (I put the salt in a grinder) and Bourbon Smoked Sugar.
