Ingredients
- 1/2 cup wild rice, prepared as directed
- 1/2 box Velveeta
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked and drained, reserve grease
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- ! quart whole milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion
Preparation
Step 1
In bacon grease saute onion till tender
Combine onion, grease and all, potato soups, milk in pot and slowly heat till hot.
Step 2
Cube Velveeta. Add the rest of ingredients and eat when cheese is melted and soup is hot. Enjoy!
