Ingredients
- crust:
- 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- filling:
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 packages (bricks) cream cheese
- 16 ounces sour cream
- additional 1/2 cup sugar
- topping:
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
Step 1
CRUST:
Blend together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into springform pan bottom and sides. Refrigerate while preparing batter.
Step 2
BATTER:
Beat cream cheese until creamy.
Step 3
Add eggs, sugar, and vanilla and beat.
Step 4
Add sour cream and additional sugar, beat until incorporated.
Step 5
Pour into crust, bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until set with golden brown around the edges, and slightly cracked in center.
Step 6
Cool, and top with canned cherry pie filling.
