Ingredients
- 6-8 Large Clean Potatoes
- 5-6 Eggs
- 1-2 Cups Mayonaise
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Pickles
- 3 Tbls. Mustard. (optional)
- 1/4 chopped Onions (optional)
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
BOIL POTATOES WITH SKIN ON IN LARGE POT UNTIL SOFT.
BOIL EGGS UNTIL HARD BOILED
Step 2
COOL & DRAIN POTATOES & EGGS
Step 3
PEEL POTATOES & HARD BOILED EGGS.
CUT THEM IN CHUNKS AND MIX TOGETHER IN LARGE BOWL.
Step 4
ADD 1-2 CUPS MAYONNAISE, DEPENDING ON YOUR PREFERENCE. MIX IN PICKLES, ONIONS & MUSTARD. SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE.
