Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
- 1 tbs flour
- 1 tbs brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbs vinegar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 lbs pork chops
Preparation
Step 1
Put pork chops in casserole dish. Mix all ingredients together and pour over pork chops.Cover with foil and bake at 250 for 2 hours.
