Espresso Penna Cotta

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 1/2 Tsps Unflavored Gelain
- 1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 3 Tsps Espresso Powder(Instant)
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- Pinch of Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Milk, Sprinkle Gelatin over to soften(5mins)
Step 2
Stir over Med. heat until gelatin dissolves but milk doesn't boil(2mins)
Step 3
Add cream, espresso powder and sugar. a little salt and stir over low heat until sugar dissolves(3mins)
Step 4
Remove from heat & let cool, poor into desired containers, cover and put in refrigerate stirring every 20mins for the first hour. Let sit for 6hrs.
