Ingredients
- INGREDIENTS:
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2/3 cup of store bought pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon powder sugar
- 1 big kitchen towel
- already made store bought cheese cake filling
Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven to 375
grease a 10 by 15 flat baking sheet and line with wax paper.
mix eggs, cinnamon and sugar and pumpkin puree together.
then add in your flour and baking soda.
Pour the mixture onto the greased baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Once done and cooled remove from the pan an turn carefully onto the kitchen towel.Sprinkle top side with powder sugar,pull off wax paper and roll evenly in the kitchen towel and refrigerate 15 minutes.once cool unroll and fill with cheese cake mix take away the towel and re-roll refrigerate 1 hour.
