Ingredients

  • Wisk Together:
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • In a separate bowl sift together:
  • 1 1/2 cups flower
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Add wet ingredients to the sifted dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour into a greased 9 inch square pan.
  • Topping:
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Stir all ingredients together with a for-mixture should be crumbly. Sprinkle topping over cake batter, then cook and 375 degrees for about 25 minutes.
