- -1/2 cup dry white wine ( can use nonalcoholic)
- -1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- -1/2 teaspoon salt
- -1/4 teaspoon pepper
- -4 (1-inch-thick) bone-in pork loin chops

Step 1
Cook first 2 ingredients in a small pan over low heat, stirring often. Then let mixture cool.
Step 2
Season pork chops evenly with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Grill pork chops, covered, and set to medium-high heat. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 160°.
Substitute 4 skinned and boned chicken breasts for pork chops, if desired (lengthen cooking time to 6 minutes per side).

Serve the pork chops, and drizzle over the white wine basil sauce. Enjoy!
