- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 3 Mashed Bananas
- 2 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/4 Cup Margarine, Softened
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Cream together sugar and margarine.
Step 2
Add egg; mix until combined.
Step 3
Stir in milk and bananas.
Step 4
Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined.
Step 5
Bake at 375 for 45-60 minutes.
