Ingredients
- 2 pkg. Green Giant fozen rice pilaf (with mushrooms, rice carrots & peas)
- bacon
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 pkg peeled & deveined shrimp
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
- 4 tblsp. ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
Step 1
Boil rice, cook bacon. Set bacon aside. Leave bacon grease in pan.
Step 2
Cook veggies in bacon grease. Stir in bacon, then add condiments.
Step 3
Add rice pilaf, then shrimp. Make sure shrimp is cooked thru. Stir to combine. Simmer for 5 mins. & serve
