Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbs water
- 1 lb pecans
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Whip egg white and water until foamy. In separate bowl, mix sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Toss pecans in egg white and then in sugar mix. Spread on greased cookie sheet. Bake about 60 minutes at 250. Stir every 15 minutes and watch carefully last 15 minutes to avoid burning.
