Preparation

Step 1

Boil or microwave 1 1/2 cups of rolled oats

Step 2

Let cooked oats sit for 30 minutes to congeal

Step 3

Next, gently roll the cooked, cooled and congealed oats into golf-sized or smaller balls

Step 4

Conservatively drizzle honey over the newly formed treats

Step 5

Refrigerate fiber yummy treats for an hour or more.

Step 6

When they're ready, serve your happily awaiting tail wagging canine kiddos!

Don't use a lot of honey. Dogs do not need a lot of sugar. A small amount of honey will make these fiber rich treats delicious and still healthy.
