Ingredients
- Frozen individual Phyllo cups
- Wedge of Brie
- Chunky Apricot jam
Preparation
Step 1
Remove Rind from Brie
Step 2
Cut Brie into cubes & place one cube in each Phyllo cup
Step 3
Spoon a approx. 2 tsp of Apricot jam on top and around sides of Brie cube
Step 4
Place in oven preheated to 350 for aprox. 8 to 10 minutes or just until Brie is melted
Step 5
Remove from oven and let set 5 minutes to cool, serve immediately
Cut Brie into long strips and use a vegetable peeler to remove rind then cut into cubes
