Ingredients
- 1 Pkg. Large Mushrooms
- 1 Pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix (store brand is also fine)
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 C. Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 C. Parmesan Cheese
- 2 TBSP Worcestershire
- 1 TBSP Soy Sauce
- 1 TSP Garlic Salt
- 1/4 C. Butter
Preparation
Step 1
Clean Mushrooms and remove stems.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients except butter and stuff mushrooms.
Step 3
Place mushrooms on a cookie sheet. Melt butter and pour over mushrooms.
Step 4
Bake at 325° for 1/2 hour or until done.
You may also melt a little cheese onto the mushrooms if you like.
