- 3 lb. large shrimp, shelled and veins removed
- 1 cup teriyaki marinade (store brought)
- 3-5 green onions, finely chopped
- 3 tsp. grated lemon or lime zest
- 10-20 bamboo skewers, soaked in water for at least an hr. before use
- sesame seeds for garnish
