- Yams, honey, nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse yam and pat dry
Step 2
Dice into 1/2 inch thick pieces. Place pieces onto a grill and brush the open faced side with honey and a light sprinkle of nutmeg. Wait 7-10 minutes and turn over and repeat
Step 3
Once these healthy and yummy grilled delights have grilled, remove from the grill and allow them to cool and then enjoy
