Garlic Butter Linguini w/ Mussels & Cherry Tomatoes
This pasta is so sexy and filling.

Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked linguini
- 1 sack raw mussels
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup water or fish stock
- 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon

Step 1
In a large stockpot melt the butter. Add the tarragon and cherry tomatoes and wilt slightly for a minute. Add the water and Italian seasoning. Add the mussels then cover tightly. Steam 5 minutes or until all the shells open. If a shell doesn't open throw it out. Toss the cooked linguini in the sauce and cook an additional few minutes.
