Ingredients
- 2 - 10oz Frozen Spinach Thawed Rinsed Squeezed Dry
- 12oz Roasted Red Peppers Rinsed Squeeze Liquid Out
- 1 Cup Fat-Free Cottage Cheese
- 3/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 Tsp Pepper Or More If You Desire
- 1/2 Cup Reduced Fat Feta
- 1/2 Cup Egg Whites
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Olive oil spray your pie plate. In large bowl mix all ingredients by hand, then scoop into your pie plate.
Step 2
Bake 40 - 50 minutes. Delicious!!
