Snickers Rice Krispies

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. caramel sauce
- pinch of salt
- 10 oz. bag marshmallows
- 7 c. Rice Krispie Cereal
- 24 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 c. peanuts
- 3 c. Snicker pieces

Preparation
Step 1
n a large sauce pot on low to medium heat, melt the butter and once it has melted, pour in the
caramel sauce, salt, and stir together. Add the marshmallows and continue to stir until the
marshmallows are completely melted. Add the rice krispie cereal and stir until the cereal is
completely coated with marshmallow fluff.
Step 2
Grease with butter a 9 X 13 rectangular pan and pour the rice krispie treats into the pan and spread
evenly. Allow to sit for 10 minutes to set. On a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips. Once melted
add the peanut butter and stir until smooth. Pour on top of the rice krispies and spread until
completely covered. Sprinkle the peanuts and snicker pieces on top and place in the refrigerator to
set for 30 minutes.
