- 1/2 cup milk
- Whipped cream and caramel curls (or chocolate shavings) to decorate

Step 1
Stir together the white chocolate chips, white sugar, vanilla essence and milk together in a microwave-safe dish.
Step 2
Heat in the microwave for 60-90 seconds until piping hot and the chocolate chips and white sugar have fully dissolved.
Step 3
Pour into a coffee glass or mug and add the Kahlua.
Stir well and top with whipped cream and caramel curls.
