Ingredients
- 4 c. rhubarb
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 sm. box strawberry jello
- 1 box white or yellow cake mix
- 2 c. boiling water
- 6 tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
put 4 cups of rhubarb in a 9x13 baking dish
Step 3
sprinkle 1 c. sugar on top of rhubarb (do not stir)
Step 4
sprinkle 1 box of jello on top (do not stir)
Step 5
sprinkle 1 box of cake mix on top. (do not stir)
Step 6
pour boiling water over.
Step 7
drizzle melted butter on top. (optional)
