Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed
- Two 6-ounce bags fresh spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a large Dutch oven, heat the oil over medium-high heat until hot.
Step 2
Add the garlic and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the spinach and cook, stirring constantly until wilted, about 4 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in the lime zest, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Serve immediately.
