Ingredients

  • 1 LB Sausage or hamburger or both
  • 1 Clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 TBSP Whole Basil
  • 1 1/2 TSP Salt
  • 1 1 lb Can tomatoes
  • 2 6 OZ cans tomato paste
  • 10 oz, lasagna noodles
  • 3 Cups Ricotta cheese
  • 2 TBSP Parsley
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 TSP Salt
  • 1 TSP Pepper
  • 1 LB Mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat, add garlic, basil, salt, tomatoes and paste and simmer for 30 mins.

Step 2

Cook noodles and drain.

Step 3

Combine remaining ingredients except mozzarella cheese.

Step 4

Place half the noodles in a 13x9 baking dish, cover with 1/2 the ricotta cheese mixture, 1/2 mozzarella cheese and 1/2 sauce...and repeat.

Step 5

Bake about 30 Minutes @ 375°

Step 6

Let stand for 10 minutes and serve.
