Ingredients
- 1 LB Ground Beef
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 4 Large Green Peppers
- 2 TSP Ketchup
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Onions
- 1 TSP Parsley
- 2 TBSP Worcestershire
- 1/2 TSP Mrs. Dash
- SAUCE
- 1 (8 oz) Tomato Sauce
- 1 TBSP Vinegar
- 1/4 TSP Chili Powder
- 2 TBSP Worcestershire
- 1/4 TSP Soy Sauce
- 1/2 TSP Red Hot Sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Cut tops off of peppers and remove stems and seeds.
Step 2
Combine all Meat ingredients and stuff inside of peppers.
Step 3
Place peppers with meat in a pot and boil until meat isn't so pink and peppers are tender.
Step 4
In baking dish combine all sauce ingredients, place peppers in dish and spoon a little sauce over top.
Step 5
Cover and cook @ 375° till done.

Bursting with cheese and wrapped up in bacon, these stuffed chicken breasts are totally irresistible!
Ingredients
- Chicken breast
- 6 -8 bacon slices
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 small jar semi-dried tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Carefully slice the chicken breasts, forming a pocket, without cutting right through.
- Fry the breasts until golden brown on both sides.
- Layer bacon slices on a chopping board.
- Place the chicken breast on the far left, and top with spinach leaves, semi-dried tomatoes and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll the chicken breast in the bacon slices, folding it closed as you go.
- Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 375°F.
- Serve, and enjoy!
