Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Butter Flavored Crisco
  • 1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 TBSP Milk
  • 1 TSP Vanilla
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 3/4 TSP Baking Soda
  • 1/2 TSP Baking Powder
  • 1/4 TSP Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Crisco, peanut butter, sugars, milk and vanilla at medium speed.

Step 2

Add egg, and flour, baking powder and soda and salt. Mix well.

Step 3

Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet and make cris cross with a fork.

Step 4

Bake @ 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.
